Real Estate Sales Agent 

$80,000 + Very enticing monthly bonus structure for highly motivated individuals

We are currently seeking a confident, highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team! As a Sales Agent, you will work alongside our highly experienced sales team, in a fast-paced environment which offers great support and wonderful opportunities to further develop yourself for a long-term career in real estate. We will provide the applicant with ongoing training and support in a positive and structured team environment.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Prospecting sale opportunities including telephone marketing and door knocking

• Speaking to prospective clients

• Listing properties for sale

• Negotiating property sales

• Developing and maintaining a contact database

• General administration duties

To be considered for this position you will:

• have Agents Representative or Cert IV Certificate in Real Estate Practice

• be corporately groomed

• be able to work five and a half days per week including Saturday's

• have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage your time effectively

• be energetic and friendly with a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude

• have a Current Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable car
