Professional and outstanding service. The sale of our property was headed by Simon Muller. He got us the price we wanted and the result that other real estate agency firms could not achieve (price). Simon's positive outlook and can do attitude meant we were able to get the price we wanted in a short space of time. He's prompted response to our phone calls and that of buyer's enquires is truly impressive. Simon promised that he would only bring through serious buyers who could afford the asking price., and this is what he did. Simon and the team only took through 3 buyers before it sold. We were relieved that hoards of people did not inspect out property for the very reason of inconvenience. A year ago at its peak l tried to sell my property in Pascoe Vale. I was promised a price at the end of the auction, l was very disappointed and didn't sell so l gave up and wasn't interested in selling. After 4 days he got me a great deal l couldn't believe it, then just 4 days later he got me a Deal that exceeded my expectations even in this market.
