Recently we had to sell a home in Pascoe Vale South. After talking to Daniel from Lewis Realty we were extremely comfortable in having him manage the sale of our house. It was a new method for us - "sealed bids" but we felt comfortable in the knowledge that we were able to have ready access to Daniel and all the other team members will Tc if any concerns arose. The dedication and attention to our needs was of an excellent standard and we were impressed by the professionalism and readiness to get the best result. And the result was well above our reserve proving that they did an outstanding job in promoting and selling our house. I rented my apartment in Coburg through Lewis where I stayed for 3 years from January 2014.
They have been very easy to deal with and have been very good with communication. The inspections are organised well in advance and have been quite flexible with the dates and times on them. All repairs were addressed promptly and fixed by very good trades personal.
The people I have been in contact with is Anthony and Nicole who have both been brilliant. Even when I moved out, it was quite a seamless process.
Would quite happily recommend them for any potential tenant or landlord.

It has always been an absolute pleasure dealing with any staff member from Lewis Realty's Rental team. In particular, Nicole Cali has been an attentive, helpful and exceptionally friendly property manager when we've required any maintenance issues to be attended. Tradespeople have always attended promptly and have similarly, been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I simply cannot find fault with these folks - it's nice to be respected as a tenant as well, when you take care of a property as if it were your own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks. :-)

Nicole Cali was my agent and she was great. Always got back to me if there were any issues and was helpful in getting maintenance done as required. The agency as a whole were also helpful if there was an issue and Nicole was away. I have rented for a long time and the rental experience can be tough. I wish the owners of where I lived did not decide to move back into the property as I miss renting with Lewis. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much, Danni

Believe all the 5-star reviews, this is the best property management team I've ever dealt with in Australia OR the USA. Nicholas and Nicole have gone out of their way to help so many times. They're great communicators and they follow through with requests. Seriously--if you're lucky enough to potentially rent with Lewis, don't let the opportunity pass you by.

Lewis managed my property for a number of years and I was very happy with their service. Lovely people who do a good job - would definitely use them again!

On a personal note Nicholas, I would like to thank you for your assistance last year when I was looking for a place. Twice now we have crossed paths with me as the tenant and both times you have been faultless in your professional assistance .. something I truly appreciate after being subjected to the Property Manager of a different company who took over the property when it was sold and taken from Lewis.

In an era where many people choose to take the rental of property into their own hands, it was a welcome relief to hand over the responsibility of renting out our home for nine months to the capable staff at Lewis Realty in Coburg, Melbourne. From the moment we made the decision to rent out our property, we were able to focus our energy on the impending move and leave all of the administration to the team at Lewis. Every aspect of the service was impeccable: timely response to emails, excellent record keeping of rental deposits, respectful communication between tenants and landlord and above all, vigilance and care for the property.
